Bumper is a subsidiary start-up of the transport & logistics insurance company TVM insurances. Bumper is the digital solution that helps register damages easily, without paperwork, and provides you with quick and easy access to your damage administration.

To further connect with their target group, consisting mainly of truck drivers and freight forwarders, Bumper needed a more elaborate online presence and a corresponding strategy. The highly user-friendly app that was targeted towards people, efficiency and communal safety, in fact missed a personal touch. Together with a designer, I strategised and rolled out the content for social media and newsletters, as well as an activation campaign. Through a visual language with a personal touch, easy to read instructions, videos and BTL- items, we welcomed the transportation professionals to a new era of damage registration.​​

Together with colleagues from TVM and the designers, we created a helpful personality and tone-of-voice behind the app.

By developing brand specific stock photography,  a clean and easy flat icon language, and BTL assets, we could better communicate new features and updates with Bumper's consumer base.
